My experience at Vertu Volkswagen Leeds could have been better because
there appears to be one process for trade in check list and another for the purchase of pre owned non VW stock. DIY for the service records, no manual (£80) for a replacement from Landrover. The sales staff were great and tbf so is the vehicle I bought. It’s the little things other dealerships I have dealt with before do it better.
