My experience at Vertu Volkswagen Leeds could have been better because
When i got my car home i found lots of bodywork issues that i hadnt noticed on my visit to the showroom. In reality itd only when you get the car home that you spend alot more time looking closely at the car. The more i looked the more chips and dints i found. The car is only 9 months old and in my opinion it should have not been sold to me in its condition. I placed too much trust in the dealer.
When i asked about its history the sales person was vague. I have since found "Europecar" stuff in the glove box. I think this explains why there were so many bodywork issues...a hire car is not looked after like a private owner would. Had i have known this i might not have bought it

I'd recommend Vertu Volkswagen Leeds because very friendly& helpful staff, Shane Gough was excellent, but hus approach was replicated by those we dealt with. Noce premises as well.
