I was pleased with Vertu Volkswagen Leeds and would recommend them because I telephoned and spoke to Karolina Vysniauskaite (in Sales) to discuss part exchanging my VW Tiguan for a smaller VW T-Roc. We had a most amicable discussion resulting in driving to the Dealership where my wife and I wanted to compare the T-Cross with the T-Roc. Karolina thoroughly understood our requirements and discussed both cars and during the test drive of the T-Roc she explained the car’s virtues. The professionalism, helpfulness, knowledgeable and friendly approach shown by Karolina made purchasing the T-Roc very much easier. Thank you.
