The experience at Vertu Volkswagen Leeds was excellent. I found the team very responsive and helpful. They sorted issues out quickly and despite a hiccup with one car (of 2 deals) they were open to resolving issues immediately. Particular mention of Karolina who was our main contact, but also her manager, Daniel.
